The organization invests in state-of-the-art technologies and modern engineering practices to build secure, scalable, and customer-centric banking solutions.<br /><br />As part of its ongoing digital transformation, we are supporting them in their search for IT professionals to join their team as:<br /><br /><br />LEAD FULL-STACK .NET SOFTWARE ENGINEER<br /><br /><br />As a Lead full-stack .NET Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering next-generation digital banking solutions, working closely with software architects, development teams, and business stakeholders on strategic enterprise initiatives.<br /><br />Your main responsibilities will include:<br /><br />- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications using .NET and Angular technologies;<br />- Define technical architecture and best practices for backend and frontend solutions;<br />- Build secure, scalable, and high-performing APIs and microservices following modern architectural principles;<br />- Drive the implementation of new platform capabilities and support the integration of advanced authorization and security services;<br />- Work closely with DevOps engineers to improve CI/CD processes, deployment strategies, and production reliability;<br />- Support Agile processes and delivery by collaborating with Software Developers, QAs, and business stakeholders throughout the entire software development lifecycle.<br /><br />Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:<br /><br />- 5+ years of professional experience in .NET / C# software development, including full-stack development;<br />- Expertise in ASP.NET Core and modern software architecture patterns such as Microservices and Clean Architecture;<br />- Experience with Angular and TypeScript for building enterprise-scale front-end applications;<br />- Very good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP integrations, OpenAPI, and API lifecycle management;<br />- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and data-driven application development;<br />- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, build automation, and release management;<br />- University degree in Computer Science, (Software) Engineering, Informatics, Mathematics, or other relevant technical discipline;<br />- Good command of English - B1 level.<br /><br />The company can offer:<br /><br />- Hybrid working model and flexible working hours;<br />- Very good remuneration package including:<br />- Additional health insurance and Life & Accident insurance;<br />- Annual performance monetary bonuses;<br />- Additional bonuses for important life events;<br />- Food vouchers;<br />- Multisport card;<br />- Various discounts, including near-zero interest mortgage rates;<br />- Good salary and raise each year;<br />- 25 days of annual paid leave;<br />- Technical training and certification;<br />- Opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation projects within one of Bulgaria's leading financial institutions.<br /><br /><br />If you believe this could be your next promising step in your IT Career, don't hesitate to send us your CV in English or your LinkedIn profile.<br /><br />The confidentiality of all applications is assured.
