Currently, we are supporting them in recruiting an experienced and motivated Finance and Accounting Professional who will take the position of:


ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST with NetSuite



This is an Accounts Payable role, so daily you will be involved in:

- Enter, code, and match all supplier invoices in NetSuite; check prices/quantities and keep supplier data accurate.
- Allocate freight, duty, and logistics costs correctly to inventory for every shipment.
- Manage the connection between NetSuite and US banks; prepare and execute payment runs; reconcile bank accounts daily.
- Verify bank details, collect tax forms, reconcile statements, track disputes and upcoming payments.
- Organize month-end closing and handle accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, inventory reconciliation, payment provider payouts, and prepare schedules for tax advisors.
- Keep all accounts payable (AP), banking, and payment processes running smoothly; fix issues; document procedures.



Essential requirements for the position:

- NetSuite Accounts Payable experience - entering supplier bills, matching them to purchase orders, coding them correctly, and processing payments.
- Strong banking and payments skills, including working with bank feeds, payment runs (domestic & international), transaction matching, and daily reconciliations.
- Knowledge or experience with U.S. accounting rules or IFRS.
- Excellent command of English (B2+/C1 level).
- Able to work with the US team until about 19:00h, Bulgarian time, twice a week.

We will consider it an advantage (but it is not mandatory) if you have:

- E-commerce/inventory experience.
- ACCA/CPA studies/certification.
- Knowledge of the German language.
