Currently, we are supporting them in recruiting an experienced and motivated Senior Professional who will take the position of:



TECHNICAL SEO LEAD (Shopify)



Your responsibilities:

We are looking for a Technical SEO Lead to drive organic growth across Shopify Plus storefronts - for both Europe and the United States. You will work directly with the CEO, Shopify developers, content and design teams. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of priorities and execution. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Lead technical SEO on Shopify Plus: diagnose crawling/indexing issues, optimize architecture, navigation, structured data, and templates.
- Develop commercial SEO strategy: prioritize categories, products, and customer questions with the highest business impact.
- Build and manage AI-assisted content workflows: briefs, source requirements, quality standards, multilingual checks.
- Maintain the international SEO setup by adapting content for each market, using correct language versions, keeping URLs consistent, and ensuring everything works properly across all countries.
- Improve AI discovery and measurement: ensure crawler accessibility, product data readability, and build reporting tied to organic revenue.


The successful candidate must have:

- Proven several years of e-commerce SEO experience and results, with measurable improvements in organic traffic, conversions, or revenue.
- Hands-on Shopify experience, including Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript rendering, and theme/template work.
- Strong analytical skills with Google Search Console, GA4, Shopify reporting, and crawlers.
- Experience with any of the tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Botify, Lumar, or other enterprise crawlers.
- Experience running AI-first SEO workflows for audits, clustering, briefs, and quality control.
- Strong ownership, structured communication, and ability to drive work from diagnosis to release.
- Excellent command of English (B2/C1 level). Knowledge of German is a plus, but not required.

- Previous experience as a Software Developer (preferably Python) or active GitHub projects.
- Technical publications related to indexation, rendering, bot behavior, or structured data.
