The company has just opened its R&D center in Bulgaria, and we are supporting them in recruiting several motivated and smart IT Professionals to join the team in the position of:



PLC AUTOMATION ENGINEER (Siemens TIA Portal)


Some of your responsibilities:

In this key role, you will lead the development of innovative automation solutions from initial concept through to final deployment. You will design technical architectures, program PLC software, and oversee on-site commissioning for client projects across Western Europe. As a trusted technical partner to our customers, you will also ensure optimal system performance through ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous optimization.


Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Automation, or other technical-related specialty;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PLC design, programming, and commissioning;
- Hands-on experience with controllers: Siemens S7 / TIA Portal (Step 7), WinCC Advanced;
- Practical experience with Safety PLC / F-programming in TIA Portal;
- Experience with HMI engineering and seamless PLC-HMI communication implementation;

Open to travel (up to 50% annually): Western Europe deployment; initial ~2-month commissioning phase, followed by short 2–4 week rotations.
