For one of its partners in the Netherlands, the company is currently looking to hire IT Professional to join the company in the position of:


New Relic Observability Specialist



Key responsibilities:

• Set up and manage New Relic APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, Log Management, and Distributed Tracing
• Develop and maintain NRQL queries to monitor applications, infrastructure, and business-relevant metrics
• Build and maintain operational and management dashboards in New Relic
• Configure alerts, alert policies, and anomaly detection to support proactive incident management
• Monitor and troubleshoot telemetry and data flows across Azure, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems
• Gradually become the New Relic technical reference / SME for the project

Essential requirements for the role:
• 2+ years of experience with New Relic or a similar observability platform
• Experience with APM, infrastructure monitoring, log management, distributed tracing, and alerting
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (monitoring Azure resources, telemetry ingestion, identity/access management)
• Familiar with monitoring data flows through integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, APIs) and data analytics environments (Data Lake, enterprise SaaS/PaaS)
• Some experience with Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code) for automated deployment of New Relic alert policies and dashboards
