Accounts Payable & Invoice Control Expert


... In this role, you will process and validate supplier invoices, ensuring full compliance with tax regulations and internal policies. You will match invoices against purchase orders, communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, and support the preparation of upcoming payments. Additionally, you will assist with payment runs, maintain an accurate and organized supplier database, and contribute to month‑end reconciliations and internal audits.


Essential requirements for the role:

- At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, invoice handling, or any accounting role, ideally in an SSC or customer -support hub
- Solid experience with MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with invoice processing and vendor management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any economic-related specialty
- Fluent in English (B2+ level)
