We are currently supporting them in hiring an experienced Professional to join their team in Sofia, in the role of:


SCRUM MASTER (Digital Transformation)


In this position, the main tasks will involve implementing Agile principles and practices across the organization. Key responsibilities will include team development, driving process optimization, and contributing to the establishment of a sustainable Agile culture.

Essential requirements for the role:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a FinTech or IT company;
• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Software Engineering, or other economic or IT-related specialty;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• Experience with at least one of these tools: Jira, Confluence, or/and ServiceNow;
• Very good command of the English language (B2 level or higher).

* Any certifications (CSM, A-CSM, PSM®, etc.) will be considered an advantage, but are not mandatory.
