As our client continues to expand, we are looking to recruit an experienced Professional to take the position of:


E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS LEAD


In this position, you will lead and support the operations team to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective execution. Drive process improvements, monitor key performance indicators, and use data insights to improve performance. Coach and develop team members, foster collaboration, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable operations.


What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in a similar role or as a Team Lead in a shared service center (SSC) or an international service delivery organisation;
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing operational teams within a retail, service, or e-commerce environment;
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchasing, order management, inbound delivery, and goods receipt;
- Data-driven, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and hands-on approach;
- Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP), procurement/logistics modules, and advanced MS Excel skills;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with stakeholders across different organizational levels;
- Excellent command of English (B2/C1/C2);
- Very good knowledge of other European languages, preferably German, will be a plus.
