Currently, we are supporting them to recruit and hire an experienced and motivated Senior Professional who will take the position of:


LEAD EMBEDDED FIRMWARE ENGINEER


Some of your duties:

In this role, you will be the architect and owner of application-layer firmware that powers a next-generation hardware product. You will be the one who gives the machine its ''intelligence'' - interpreting real-time sensor data, executing workout logic, enabling seamless connectivity, and ensuring the product behaves flawlessly for every user. If you want to shape how a physical device thinks, reacts, and evolves, this role is the right choice for you!


Essential requirements for the role:

- Еxtensive experience in Embedded C development (you must have 7+ years of building production firmware in C as your primary professional focus!);
- End-to-end ownership of firmware architecture, including overall design rather than isolated components;
- Experience with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy development) – practical experience with BLE stacks (Nordic, STM32WB, ESP IDF, NimBLE, etc.), including tuning connection parameters, structuring GATT services, and debugging with sniffers;
- Strong command of real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS or equivalent);
- STM32 and Cortex-M microcontrollers;
- Hardware debugging abilities (using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG/SWD tools, and BLE sniffers to diagnose issues that only appear on real hardware);
- Experience in writing and maintaining Unit tests in C;
- Very good command of the English language;
