German-Speaking Customer Service Manager


You will lead and develop the Customer Service team, ensuring high-quality service and efficient day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, planning schedules, managing resources, leading regular team meetings, and conducting performance reviews.

Essential requirements for the role:

- Professional experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment, such as Customer Service Team Lead, Call Center Team Manager, Supervisor, or Service Desk Manager;
- Fluent German language skills (B2+/C1 level);
- Very good command of English;
- Experience working with MS Office Suite;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach.
