We are currently supporting them in recruiting a motivated Professional to join their growing team in the position of:


ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST


Some of the key responsibilities for the role:

You have to manage supplier invoices, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations. Additionally, you will compare invoices with purchase orders, communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, and assist in preparing upcoming payments. Last but not least, you will maintain up-to-date supplier information, support month-end tasks such as reconciliations, assist with audits, and collaborate with teams like Procurement and Logistics to ensure smooth operational processes.


Expected skills, knowledge and experience:

-2+ years of experience in operational accounting or a similar finance-related role, preferably within Accounts Payable;
-Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables;
-Experience with SAP;
-Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles, including Accounts Payable (AP) workflows;
-University degree in Accounting or Finance or any Еconomic-related specialty;
-Very good command of English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher).

*Knowledge of the German language will be a good advantage, but it's not mandatory.
