As part of its continued expansion, we are currently supporting the company in the recruitment of an experienced professional for the position of:


PROCUREMENT MANAGER


This leadership role is responsible for managing and optimizing procurement and supply chain operations across all company locations. The position involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, leading and supporting procurement teams, managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations, and ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of logistics, warehousing, and inventory management processes.

Essential requirements for the position:

- 6+ years of professional experience in Senior Leadership roles related to Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain;
- Proven expertise in international logistics, procurement, and regulatory compliance across the EU and globally;
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, team leadership, and the management of diverse stakeholders;
- Experience with ERP / CRM integration or optimization processes;
- Fluency in English - B2+ level, both verbal and written;
- Willingness to travel on business trips abroad occasionally.
