Currently, we are supporting them to recruit several smart and motivated Juniors to join their team in Varna for the role of:


Junior Order Management Specialist


The position involves coordination between the Buying, Logistics, and Master Data teams to ensure efficient delivery and order processing.


Some of your responsibilities:

- Creating/ confirming orders, and monitoring deliveries;
- Maintaining accurate order data within the inventory management system;
- Verifying supplier order data and initiating corrective actions as necessary;


Expected skills, knowledge, and experience for the role:

- Last-year student or graduate in "Business Administration", "Accounting", "Economics", "Logistics and Spedition", or other similar specialty;
- Strong MS Excel skills, including experience with VLOOKUP and creating pivot tables;
- Excellent English (B2 level or higher);
- Good team player and excellent communication skills;


The following will be considered advantages, but are not mandatory:

- Experience in the Operational or Supply Chain department (e-commerce area);
- Experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP;
- Good working level of the German language;
