German-Speaking Customer Service Manager


You will lead and develop the Customer Service team, ensuring high-quality service and appropriate guidance. Your responsibilities will include monitoring KPI’s, planning schedules, and managing resources. In addition, you will conduct regular team meetings and carry out performance assessments.

Essential requirements for the role:

- Professional experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment, such as a Customer Service Team Lead, Call Agent Team Manager, or Supervisor, or Service Desk Manager;
- Fluent in the German language - B2+ /C1 level;
- Very good command of English;
- Experience with MS Office Suite;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach.
