Currently, we are supporting them to hire an experienced IT professional to take the position of:


SCRUM MASTER


Main duties:

The person in this position will be responsible for developing, coaching, and facilitating Scrum Teams, guiding them through the Scrum process or other Agile Methodology. In addition, you will work closely with the IT Delivery Lead, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to identify and resolve dependencies between squads, projects, and other teams. Moreover, you will help the Scrum team to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity and support the Agile Transformation process in the organization.


Essential requirements for the role:

- Previous professional experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master;
- Experience in Agile and/or other methodologies such as Kanban, Lean, etc.;
- Certified Scrum Master;
- Experience in using one or more of the following: Jira / Confluence / ServiceNow;
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other economic or IT-related specialty;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 level or higher).
