We are currently assisting them in recruiting a motivated professional to join their growing team as an:


Accountant with English language


Key responsibilities include:

Management of supplier invoices, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations. You have to compare invoices with purchase orders, communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, and assist in preparing upcoming payments. In addition, you will maintain up-to-date supplier information, support month-end tasks such as reconciliations, assist with audits, and collaborate with teams like Procurement and Logistics to ensure smooth operational processes.

Essential requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in operational accounting or a similar role, preferably in accounts payable;
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or other economics-related field;
- Solid understanding of financial processes, including Accounts Payable (AP) workflows;
- Experience with SAP and excellent skills with MS Excel incl. VLOOKUP and creation of Pivot tables;
- Very good command of English (B2 level or higher);

*Knowledge of the German language (B1+ level) will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
