Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist


Main responsibilities:

The role involves supporting financial reporting, budgeting coordination, and in-depth financial analysis to assist management in decision-making. In this position, you will analyze financial data, identify deviations from the budgets, and provide insights that improve business performance and efficiency. In addition, you have to contribute to business planning and reporting processes, working closely with management teams to ensure accurate financial information and meaningful analysis for strategic and operational decisions.


Essential requirements for the role:

- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar position in financial analysis, controlling, or planning
- Strong understanding of accounting principles with a clear interest in financial analysis
- Excellent MS Excel skills (advanced level required)
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with SAP will be considered a strong advantage
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends, deviations, and root causes
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking approach, with focus on business insights rather than purely accounting accuracy
