We are currently assisting them in recruiting a motivated professional to join their growing team as:


ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE


Main responsibilities:

The role involves managing supplier invoices, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations. You will compare invoices with purchase orders, communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, and assist in preparing upcoming payments. The position also includes maintaining up-to-date supplier information, supporting month-end tasks such as reconciliations, assisting with audits, and collaborating closely with teams like Procurement and Logistics to ensure smooth operational processes.


Required skills, knowledge, and experience:

- 2+ years of experience in operational accounting or a similar role, preferably in accounts payable;
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other economics-related field with emphasis on Accounting;
- Solid understanding of financial processes, including Accounts Payable (AP) workflows;
- Experience with SAP and excellent skills with MS Excel incl. VLOOKUP and creation of Pivot tables;
- Very good command of English (B2 level or higher);
- Knowledge of the German language (B1 / B2 level);
