As a result of the team's expansion, we are currently assisting them in the recruitment of a driven professional for the role of:


Junior Accounts Payable Specialist


Key responsibilities include:

- Accurate and compliant processing of incoming supplier invoices, regarding internal policies and tax regulations;
- Performing invoice matching against corresponding purchase orders and goods receipts;
- Maintaining consistent communication with vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies or payment issues effectively.

Essential requirements for the role:

- Recent graduate or last-year student in Accounting and Control, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or other economics-related specialty;
- Experience with MS Excel (incl. VLOOKUP and pivot tables) is a must;
- Knowledge of accounting principles and rules;
- Some experience with ERP systems (SAP preferably);
- Fluency in English language (B2 or a higher level);
- Good command of the German language (B1 level or higher) will be an advantage, but it’s not mandatory.
