The company is in the process of expanding its presence in Varna, Bulgaria, and they are looking for a motivated and smart Professional to join their team in the position of:


Accounts Payable Specialist with German language


Your primary responsibilities will include verifying and checking invoices, investigating and resolving any discrepancies related to the pricing, quantity, or missing information in the invoices and orders. Additionally, you will conduct an analysis of payment activities or recurring issues related to accounts payable processes. Last but not least, you will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure that all financial operations are conducted smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.



Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:


- 3+ years of previous experience in Accountant roles (as an Accounts Payable, Order Payment Accountant, or Invoice Clarification Specialist);
- Experience with invoices, addressing billing questions, and communicating with vendors;
- Excellent command of MS Excel (pivot tables) and some experience with SAP;
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Accounting, Finance, or other economics-related specialty;
- Very good command of the English language (B2/C1);
- Good command of the German language (B1 or higher level).
