Junior Order Data Coordinator


The position involves coordination between the Buying, Logistics, and Master Data teams to ensure efficient delivery and order processing.

Responsibilities will include:

- Creating and confirming orders, and monitoring deliveries;
- Maintaining accurate order data within the inventory management system;
- Verifying supplier order data and initiating corrective actions as necessary.

Essential requirements for the role:

- Last-year student or graduate in "Business Administration", "Accounting", "Economics", "Logistics and Spedition", or other related specialty;
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables);
- Excellent command of the English language (B2 or a higher level);
- Strong team player with good communication skills;

The following will be considered advantages, but are not mandatory:

- Experience in an Operational or Supply Chain department within an e-commerce field;
- Some experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP;
- Good working level of the German language.
