Currently, they are strengthening their management team and are looking to recruit for them an experienced IT Professional for the position of:


Manager - Infrastructure and Service Support Department


Main Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Infrastructure and Services Support department
- Align system, technical, and infrastructure architectures with business goals and security standards
- Oversee planning and execution of infrastructure-related projects and enhancements
- Identify and implement process and technical improvements
- Monitor service performance and ensure effective incident and problem management
- Manage relationships with external vendors/partners
- Participate in local and group-level project steering committees
- Mentor, coach, and support the team members

Essential requirements for the role:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar managerial or team leadership role
- Solid experience in network and systems administration and architecture
- Good understanding of data centre management and critical applications hosting
- Experience working in heterogeneous environments (Unix/Linux and Windows)
- Knowledge of database management concepts
- Strong understanding of IT policies, procedures, and information security standards
- Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and procurement management
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English
