Quality Content Marketplace Specialist


What you will do:

- Review and enhance product descriptions to make them clear, accurate, and appealing;
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in product content and propose improvements;
- Conduct online research to collect additional product information;
- Check and update existing product data using the company’s quality management tools, ensuring all content meets the required standards;
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to align on priorities and monitor progress;
- Track, report, and contribute to ongoing improvements in product content quality.

Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

- Strong written and spoken English skills;
- Previous experience as a marketplace content specialist, web administrator, or copywriter;
- Passion for fashion retail and interest in product storytelling;
- Excellent research skills with attention to detail;
- Confident in MS Office applications (MS Excel) and good understanding of the design and website usability;
- A collaborative team player with good organizational and time management skills;
- Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn; career changers are welcome!
- Knowledge of German is a plus;
