GERMAN-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER


Your responsibilities will be:

- To lead and develop the Customer Service team;
- To ensure the team provides consistently high-quality service and receives appropriate guidance;
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), plan schedules, and manage resources;
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, and carry out performance assessments;

Essential requirements for the role:

- Professional experience as a Customer Service Team Lead, Call Agents' Team Manager/ Supervisor, Service Desk Manager, or other relevant role;
- Excellent command of the German language - B2+ /C1 or C2 level;
- Very good command of English - B2 level or higher;
- Experience with MS Office Suite;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach.
