We are currently assisting them in recruiting an experienced professional to join the team in Sofia, as:


Team Leader - Procurement Dept.


Key responsibilities involve overall management of the company's procurement processes and its dedicated team, including:

- Leading and guiding the procurement team;
- Purchasing materials and negotiating with suppliers/vendors for contracts and prices;
- Ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions;
- Management of budgets and development of procurement strategies.

Essential requirements for the role:

- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within a technically complex international manufacturing sector (e.g., energy systems, heavy industry, or industrial equipment);
- Leadership experience;
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive attitude;
- Highly organized person with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;
- Experience with specialized software and MS Office;
- Fluency in English - B2 level or higher.
