Due to the team’s expansion in Varna, we are supporting them in recruiting an experienced Professional to hold the position of:


Supply Chain Operations Specialist


This role acts as a liaison between the Buying, Logistics, and Master Data teams, ensuring seamless operation of delivery and order processes.

Key responsibilities for the position:

- Manage end-to-end order process, including creation, confirmation, and tracking of planned deliveries.
- Ensure the integrity of order data by accurately maintaining records within the inventory management system.
- Validate supplier order information and initiate necessary corrective measures.

Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Department, preferably gained within an e-commerce environment;
- University degree in "Business Administration", "Logistics", "Economics", or other economic-related specialty;
- Excellent practical skills in MS Excel, incl. pivot tables;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 or higher);
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities.

The following will be considered advantages, but are not mandatory:

- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferably);
- Working level of the German language.
