IT Security Operations Specialist


In this position, some of your responsibilities will be:


- To lead continuous monitoring of security and system events to ensure proactive detection and response;
- To assess and respond to threats by analyzing cybersecurity incidents and vulnerabilities;
- To identify and mitigate risks to protect systems, data, and infrastructure;
- To optimize security technologies;
- To evaluate system performance, ensuring the efficiency of security controls;


Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

- At least 1 year of experience in cybersecurity or IT security operations;
- Еxperience in incident management, including security incident mapping and threat analysis;
- Background in IT service management, security operations, and infrastructure monitoring;
- Excellent knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN solutions;
- Experience with SIEM platforms;
- Familiarity with enterprise-level monitoring, detection, and incident response tools;
- Good understanding of enterprise security frameworks, including ITIL, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK;

* Relevant industry certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) is considered an advantage!
