Senior Accountant with German - Invoice Processing


Your primary responsibilities will include verifying and checking invoices, investigating and resolving any discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, or missing information. Additionally, you will conduct an analysis of payment activities or recurring issues related to accounts payable processes. Last but not least, you will closely collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure that all financial operations are conducted smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.



Required skills, knowledge, and experience:


- 3+ years of previous experience as an Accounts Payable, Order Payment Accountant, Invoice Clarification Specialist, or similar role;
- Experience in invoice processing, invoice clarification, or vendor management;
- Experience with SAP and MS Excel;
- University degree in Accounting and Control, Finance, or other economics-related specialty;
- Very good command of the English language (B2/C1);
- Good command of the German language (B1 or higher).
