Account Manager in Digital Marketing and Communications


This is a key leadership role that will contribute to the brand awareness, revenue growth, and the international company’s trust across specific markets. The responsibilities involve leading a small team, acting as the main marketing point of contact for stakeholders, as well as management of marketing and communications, which include:

*Development and implementation of yearly marketing and communications strategies, aligning with the company’s expansion plans and financial resources;
*Management of all digital marketing platforms;
*Brand positioning;
*Improvement of workflows, systems, and resource planning to ensure long-term sustainability.

Essential requirements for the role:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in Senior Leadership roles related to Marketing and Communications;
- Demonstrated achievements within international and fast-growing organizations;
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively;
- Experience in digital marketing channels, technologies, and strategies;
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms;
- Leadership skills and experience, including team development;
- Fluency in English.

The following will be considered advantages:

- Experience in healthcare or non-profit / mission-focused industries;
- Knowledge of German language.
