Sales Support Specialist with German


In this position, you will:

- collaborate and communicate with clients following their website registration;
- provide consultations and follow‑up communication, work in partnership with the back‑office team;
- handle inquiries via email and chat, and accurately record all activities in the company's CRM system.

Expected knowledge, skills, and experience:

- Strong proficiency in the German language (B2+/C1 level);
- 1+ years of commercial experience in customer‑facing roles;
- Some previous experience in Sales or as a Sales agent;
- Excellent communication abilities with a strong customer‑focused approach.
