We are supporting them in recruiting a motivated and experienced Professional to hold the position of:


AGILE COACH



Essential requirements for the role:
-Proven expertise in Agile at Scale, Agile standards, and Agile transformation execution.
-Hands-on experience with coaching metrics, reporting, and Agile tooling.
-Strong business-oriented skills in business objective alignment, coaching strategy definition, and roadmap creation.
-Experience in building and supporting Communities of Practice and performing root cause analysis.
-High level of adaptability in coaching oversight and coaching support across teams.
-Solid understanding of technical debt management.
-Mandatory certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC), SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE).
-A University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) is a must.
