German-speaking Junior Technical Support Specialist


In this role, you will handle customer requests through email, phone, and ticketing systems, ensuring they are analyzed and resolved quickly and effectively. You will support clients with entry-level technical issues while providing accurate, clear, and up-to-date information in response to their inquiries.


Required skills, knowledge, and qualifications:

- Some previous experience in the Technical Support or Customer Service field;
- Very good command of the German language (B2 level or higher);
- Good command of English (minimum B1 level);
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including MS Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Excel;
- Strong interest in IT and a proactive approach to learn and developing in this field;
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule.
