Performance Ads Specialist (Meta)


As a Performance Ads Specialist, you will support the growth of the company’s digital footprint and lead generation strategy across social media channels. The role includes budget management, campaign tracking and performance analysis, as well as conducting competitive and audience research.
Essential requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid advertising;
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in budget and KPI management;
- Ability to create, test, and optimize ad creatives and funnels;
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with internal teams and external agencies;
- Fluent in English.
