For their IT Division, we are currently supporting them in recruiting an experienced senior professional who will hold the position of:


MANAGER OF CARD APPLICATIONS DEPT.


This key leadership role includes technical and operational oversight, people management, compliance, and strategic planning, as well as essential vendor collaboration. It involves full responsibility for end-to-end design, development, and implementation of digital services and APIs related to card operations.

Essential requirements:

- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or other relevant field;
- Serious professional experience related to card processing systems and applications;
- Commercial experience with system functionalities and operational workflows;
- Deep knowledge of banking business processes, regulations, and compliance requirements;
- People management and leadership skills;
- Excellent command of English - both written and verbal;

The following will be considered an advantage:

- Experience with Agile PM methodologies;
- Some DevOps knowledge.
