They are currently expanding their activity, and we are looking for motivated team players to join their NEW team in Varna, Bulgaria, in the position of:



ENTRY-LEVEL ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE (with German language)


The role involves processing incoming supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and tax regulations. You will perform invoice matching against purchase orders and goods receipts, and communicate constantly with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and use SAP S/4HANA.


Required skills, experience, and knowledge for the position:

- Last-year student or graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Accounting and Control, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related economic field;
- Basic understanding of financial processes and accounts payable (AP) workflow;
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel;
- Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP) would be an advantage.
- Very good command of the German language (B2 or higher level);
- Good working level of English language (B1+/B2 level);
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset;
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
