For their newly formed team in the city of Varna, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced Professional to hold the position of:


Marketplace Onboarding Specialist


Some of your duties:

You will support daily operational activities such as article onboarding and ticket handling. In addition, you must monitor operational KPIs, promptly activate products, support the delivery of training sessions for sellers, and review their product catalogues to ensure quality standards are met.


Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

- 2+ years of professional experience in marketplace onboarding and operational support roles
- Hands-on experience with at least one major e-commerce platform or integration tools (Mirakl, Tradebyte, Rhytm, Neteven)
- Proficient in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience in fashion e-commerce—product data management and quality management are plus, though not required
- Very good command of English (B2 level or above)

*Knowledge of German language is an advantage, but not mandatory
