For their newly formed team in the city of Varna, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced:


Marketplace Onboarding Specialist


Some of your duties:

You will support daily operational activities such as article onboarding and ticket handling. In addition, you have to monitor operational KPIs, promptly activations of products, support the delivery of training sessions for sellers, and review their product catalogues, ensuring the quality standards are met.

Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

- 2+ years of professional experience as a Marketplace Onboarding Specialist / Marketplace Operational Support;
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following applications in the e-commerce space - Mirakl, Tradebyte, Rhytm, Neteven;
- Proficient in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables;
- Experience within Fashion E-Commerce environments - product data management, quality management is preferable but not mandatory;
- Very good command of English - B2 level or higher;
- Good knowledge of German is an advantage, but not mandatory.
