For their BRAND NEW team in Bulgaria, we are looking to recruit an experienced professional to take the position of:


CHANGE MANAGER (Supply Domain Transformation)

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of process optimization and system implementation, ensuring that operational teams are equipped, engaged, and empowered to embrace new ways of working. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver structured change management strategies that support long-term success.


Main requirements for the role:

- Solid experience in change management, ideally in international retail, e-commerce, or supply chain environments;
- Proven success in supporting process transformation and enterprise system implementations;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex change for diverse teams (Buyin, Supply, Finance, Tech, etc.);
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution;
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation capabilities;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of the German language will be a good advantage;
- Passionate about digital transformation, operational excellence, and empowering teams.
