For their key team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Finance and Accounting professional to take on the position of a:



LEAD ACCOUNTANT


Essential requirements for this position:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting and Control, Economics, or a related discipline;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, including experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting;
- 2+ years in a leadership role;
- Solid understanding of IFRS and corporate finance principles;
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Navision;
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and high attention to detail and precision in financial reporting;
- Working level of English (B1-B2);
- Previous professional experience in a manufacturing/production company will be considered an advantage!
