CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (MANUFACTURING)


We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee manufacturing and product development operations. This is a senior-level role, working closely with the CEO to turn strategic goals into smooth, daily execution across all departments. You will:

- Lead and manage all operational areas including production, planning, logistics, and supply chain.
- Improve manufacturing processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other efficiency tools.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure new products are designed for scalable production and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise the full supply chain - from sourcing materials to delivering finished goods.
- Maintain high standards in product quality and ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
- Help shape and execute the company’s long-term strategy by turning business goals into clear action plans.
- Build and guide a strong operations team, encouraging growth, accountability, and innovation.

Essential requirements for this position:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics or a related field;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Experience with process improvement and operational excellence;
- Fluency in English - B2 level or higher;
- Willingness to travel on local business trips and abroad.
