Due to an expansion of the team, we are helping them to recruit an experienced Professional who will hold the position of:


Operations & Maintenance Specialist (Photovoltaic sector)

Some of your duties:

The responsibilities involve managing and supervising maintenance activities for energy projects, including updating schedules, coordinating and overseeing tasks, and developing corrective action plans. The role also requires providing reports on field operations, recording faults and expenditures, and communicating with Plant Managers. Travel to project sites and vendor locations is necessary for various tasks, and organizing internal technical training for employees is also part of the role.

Essential requirements for the role:

- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering or other technical-related specialty;
- At least two years of professional experience within Operations & Maintenance departments in the photovoltaic sector;
- Excellent computer literacy - MS Office;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask;
- Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
