For their newly formed team in the city of Varna, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced:


Marketplace Onboarding Specialist

Some of your duties:

You will support daily operational activities such as article onboarding and ticket handling. Moreover, your responsibilities will include monitoring of operational KPIs, promptly activations of products, support delivery of training sessions for sellers, and review of their product catalogues, ensuring the quality standards are met.

Essential requirements for the role:

- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Marketplace Onboarding Specialist / Marketplace Operational Support;
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, e.g. Mirakl;
- Experience within Fashion E-Commerce environments - product data management, quality management is preferable;
- Proficient in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables;
- Experience in communication with external stakeholders;
- Very good command of English - B2 level or higher;
- Good knowledge of German language will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
