FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST


In this position, you will:

- Contribute to the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data to management and regulatory authorities.
- Support compliance with IFRS standards and assist in developing internal accounting policies.
- Collaborate in external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy, automation, and overall efficiency.
- Work closely with internal and group finance teams to maintain consistency and transparency in financial reporting.


Main requirements:

- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance & Banking/ Accounting and Control/ Economics, or relevant specialty.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, management accounting, or IFRS compliance, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and core financial reporting principles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven skills in data interpretation and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with audit procedures and professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) or active pursuit of one these.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting software.
- Good working level of English.
