As the organization expands, we are currently seeking a passionate professional to fill the position of:


Manager (Accounting and Controlling team)

In this role, you will lead, mentor, and supervise the internal accounting team (Chief Accountants and Accountants). You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and timely submission of accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and all relevant regulatory requirements. You will coordinate and manage all aspects of external audits, serving as the primary liaison with auditors. In addition, you will manage the monthly-end, quarterly-end, and yearly closures. Moreover, you will provide critical support for budgeting and forecasting activities, delivering financial insights to support strategic decision-making processes concerning the financial issues in the company.


Required skills, knowledge, and experience:

- 6+ years of professional experience in an accounting or finance-based position (i.e, CAO, Chief Accountant, etc), preferably in the manufacturing sector;
- 3+ years of experience in management and leadership roles;
- Deep knowledge and experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting;
- Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
- Familiar with GAAP and/or IFRS;
- Usage of accounting software and ERP systems - SAP, NetSuite;
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance & Banking, Accounting, or any economics-related specialty.
