For their key team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced and loyal professional to take on the position of:


CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


Your main responsibilities will be related to overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, cash flow management, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and risk management. You will collaborate closely with senior colleagues to foster the company's long-term growth, optimize costs, and support the company's expansion.

Essential requirements for the role:

- Relevant professional experience in a Senior Leadership Financial role as a CFO, Financial Manager, etc, preferably in the production and manufacturing industry;
- Strong experience in strategic financial planning and fundraising;
- Familiarity with corporate finance and accounting principles;
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive attitude and a long-term strategic vision;
- Very good command of English - B2 level or higher;
