For their key team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and creative professional to take on the position of:
SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
In this position, you will actively participate in the development and execution of the commercial strategy to boost business growth. You’ll identify new opportunities in the energy sector, build and maintain strong client relationships, and help shape long-term partnerships. Last but not least, you’ll represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Main requirements for this role:
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field;
- Solid professional experience in commercial roles - ideally within the Production and Manufacturing sectors;
- Professional experience in building and executing commercial strategies;
- Good understanding or experience in working directly with EPCs, developers, investors, and asset owners (you can understand the challenges they face - from supply chain risks to project costs);
- Readiness to travel (in and out of the country) and represent the business on a global stage;
- Very good command of English. Bonus points if you speak another foreign language.
