Currently, we are supporting them in the recruitment process of an experienced professional to join as a:


FINANCIAL CONTROLLER


The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions. The role includes managing monthly and annual closings, preparing financial statements in line with IFRS and local GAAP, and maintaining compliance with evolving financial regulations, particularly in the crypto and fintech space. It also involves supporting strategic decisions through financial analysis, managing budgeting and cash flow, and implementing effective internal controls.

Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

- 2+ years of professional experience as a Financial Controller, or other relevant senior financial role;
- Professional experience with Crypto / Fintech or blockchain-related financial operations is mandatory;
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles;
- Demonstrated experience in international operations within the EU;
- Excellent communication abilities combined with strong analytical and leadership skills;
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;

* Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or similar qualifications are beneficial.
