Currently, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced Professional to join the team in the role of:


BUSINESS ANALYST


Your responsibilities will include:

- Active communication with third parties such as IT teams and the company's partners to gather and analyse system and business requirements;
- Preparation of business requirements documentation and various reports while strictly following established guidelines and procedures;
- Monitoring of the requirements fulfillment during project implementation;
- Work closely with QA and SW development teams to prepare software design and test specifications.

Essential requirements for the role:

- 5+ years of professional experience as a Business /System Analyst or Project Manager / Project or IT Coordinator;
- Hands-on experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements;
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including familiarity with financial operations workflows, trade lifecycle, and regulatory reporting;
- Experience with Requirements Tracking Tools, diagrams, and BA tools;
- Ability to identify risks in the project and communicate them properly;
- Good command of English - B2 level.
