AI BUSINESS ANALYST


In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, defining requirements, coordinating business and IT teams, and supporting project execution through documentation, testing, and solution implementation.

Required skills, knowledge, and experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field - Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, etc.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the fintech sector (banks, insurance companies, software fintech companies);
- Hands-on experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements;
- Experience with BPMN or other tools for modeling business processes;
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Azure DevOps;
- Technical understanding of integrations, IT systems, and software solutions;
- Solid understanding of SDLC;
- Very good command of English - both spoken and written.
