Senior Python Software Engineer with Pandas


As a Senior Python Software Engineer, you will drive the development of scalable Python applications by upholding coding standards, leading code reviews, and mentoring other team members. In addition, you will collaborate across teams and with clients to deliver high-quality code while optimizing performance, ensuring technical excellence, and helping for good and clear communication.

Expected skills, experience, and knowledge:

- 6+ years of professional experience as a Python Software Engineer
- Experience in web development and FastAPI framework
- Aware of asynchronous and parallel programming
- Proficiency with Pydantic for data validation and data manipulation, and analysis using Pandas/Polars
- Experiences with structured and semi-structured data, incl. MongoDB, Parquet, and Delta Tables
- Experience working w/ith Azure Cloud services (or other cloud platforms), incl. SaaS offerings like Service Bus, Data Lake, Blob Storage, Redis, etc.
- Good understanding of microservice architecture

As an advantage, but not mandatory:

- Familiarity with .NET, Databricks, Spark, and PySpark
- Containerization and orchestration tools - Docker and Kubernetes
